What to do if problems arise when saving your GEMA forms
The below forms can be printed out and then sent to GEMA after being completed in the customary manner. They have the same contents and layout as the printed copy. If you wish, you can also fill out the forms directly on the screen using the mouse and keyboard and then print out the duly completed version. This saves having to insert the form into a typewriter. Some of the forms are provided with internal "logic" to make it easier for you to complete them.
