Das neue, bei der Nomos Verlagsgesellschaft Baden-Baden erschienene GEMA-Jahrbuch 2005/2006 liegt nun bereits im 15. Jahrgang vor.
Auf 537 Seiten enthält es umfassende Angaben und Texte zur Struktur und wirtschaftlichen Situation der GEMA, sowie den neuesten Stand der gesetzlichen und vertraglichen Grundlagen.
Thema des Jahres ist der Beitrag von Prof. Dr. Dr. Ernst-Joachim Mestmäcker "Geistiges Eigentum und der 'Marktplatz der Ideen'".
