Register sub-publishing agreements
You can now submit your new registrations for catalogue agreements directly in the Online Portal under My sub-publishing agreements. Thus the service combines all existing functionalities relating to your catalogue agreements.
What changes can you expect as part of this change?
Once you have successfully submitted your agreement notification to GEMA via the online service, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail with a case number that will serve as the case-ID throughout the entire procedure. An Excel file containing your reported agreement data in CAF-Lite format is also attached to this e-mail.
As soon as your agreement registration has been documented in our system, you will receive a corresponding confirmation by email. This email contains the agreement number for your agreement registration. The agreement advice, as official confirmation of the registration, will also be created as usual and sent to the correspondence address of the GEMA publishing member on file with us and, if applicable, also to sister societies.
