How can I change my name?

If your name changes, you can amend this in the Online Portal:
 

  1. Go to the area My details
  2. Select the tile My customer details and submit the new name.
  3. Just click on save changes, that’s it!
     

If your company name changes, you can also amend this in the Online Portal:
 

  1. Go to the area My details
  2. Select the tile My company details and submit the new name.
  3. Just click on save changes, that’s it!


We will allocate a new customer number to you, your existing agreements are automatically terminated and you receive new contract offers.
