How can I change the place of use?

Log in to our Online Portal. Under My details you can see all the business premises or establishments for which you have registered events or concluded agreements.
 

  • Is the agreement still active for the place of use that is changing:  In that case, please use our online form claims and let us know the change of the place of use.  (This is currently not possible in the Online Portal for agreements.)
  • Is the agreement not active for the place of use that is changing: In that case, just register your event or continuous use via the Online Portal and simply indicate the new place of use.
