How can I terminate the contract with GEMA?
The simplest way for you to terminate the contract is via the Online Portal. First, log in to the Online Portal.
- Then, go to My contracts in the dashboard.
- Select the option terminate contract in case you have active contracts.
- Please enter the termination date and the reason for the termination.
- Click on send - that’s it!
