I received an offer by mistake, what shall I do now?

If you are a customer already, go to the Online Portal:

 

  1. Log in and select My contracts on the dashboard.
  2. For contracts with the status Offer, you can adapt the offer via Options.
  3. Now indicate the non-use of the offer.
  4. Click on send - that’s it!

You will receive a confirmation from us afterwards.

 

You are not a customer yet? Alternatively, you can:

 

  1. Complete the online form amend my contract offer . Please indicate that you do not use the offer.
  2. Call +49 (0)30 120 021 053 and clarify the matter.
