TOTAL NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES IN 2025
GEMA had 830 employees on December 31, 2025. Last year, the figure was 791. GEMA is therefore continuing to grow in this area, despite the tense economic situation in the country.
GEMA EMPLOYEES AND LOCATIONS
GEMA employees are based in six locations. Most work in Munich and Berlin, where the two general directorates are also located. Other employees are spread across Dresden, Nuremberg, Hamburg, and Stuttgart.
WOMEN IN management positions
By 2025, 39% of women will be in leadership roles. Important positions in a wide variety of areas within the organization are thus filled by women. But that is not enough for us. We want the proportion to continue to rise.
ATTRACTIVE TO both genders
On the reporting date, 585 women and 470 men were employed by GEMA. This means that women make up around 55% of the workforce and men 45%. This is a fairly balanced ratio. As an employer, GEMA is attractive to both genders.
