I have received an activation code. Why is it not possible to enter or activate it?

If it is not possible to activate the code, please delete your cache and the cookies of your internet browser. Then try to log in to the Online Portal again and enter the code once more.

If entering the activation code still doe not work, please send us an email to mitgliederservice@gema.de with the subject line “Code eingeben funktioniert nicht“ [Cannot enter the code] as well as your membership number, your login mail address, your date of birth and your current address.
