I have forgotten my password. How can I assign a new one?

To assign a new password, go to the login of our Online Portal.

1. Enter your email address and click on Continue.
2. Then, click on Forgot password.
3. After that, we will send you an email with a link which is valid for 24 hours. Please click on the link or copy it into the address bar of your browser.
4. Now you can set a new password.

If you encounter any problems, we recommend the following steps:

1. Close your browser, including all open windows, and then reopen it.
2. Delete the cookies and cache in your browser settings or try a different browser. We recommend Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, as other browsers may cause display problems. 
3. Then try again to log in to the online portal and reset your password.
