What can I do if my work is used publicly without my consent?

By entering into a contract with us or another collecting society, you transfer the exercise of your rights of use to us. This applies to all your works and also means that you cannot object to individual uses. 

We recommend that you check in the My Royalties service whether you have already received royalties for the use of your work. 

If you notice that something is wrong, the use of your work may not yet have been registered with us.  You can do this directly in the portal in the Complaints service.
