• How can I provide details that my establishment has changed address?

  You can easily report a business relocation via the GEMA online portal. To do so, go to ‘My Area’, then ‘My Details’ and select ‘My Businesses’. Click on the pencil icon to change the address. Please also provide details of the new premises/performance venue, in particular the size (sq m), and let us know the date of the move.

  It is important that you select either ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ under ‘Uses as per contract(s) will be continued at the new premises’.

  Important note: You must notify us immediately, as your licence agreements are location-specific and any change in the type of use will require the agreement to be terminated under ‘My Contracts’. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted licensing.
