The power of attorney authorizes you to legally represent the legal entity in the customer account area on behalf of GEMA. In the event of a change in management or the board of directors, the power of attorney ensures that the association with the customer account remains traceable. Please include a current extract from the commercial register or association register as proof of your authority to act on behalf of the company.
