In principle, all those who are not owners of a customer account require an authorisation. If a company is the owner of the customer account, the Managing Directors also require an authorisation or power of attorney.
If an association is the owner of the customer account, the board of directors or management committee members require an authorisation. Supporting documentation is always the current extract from the trade register or register of associations. Persons who are authorised signatories should also include supporting documents.
