What is the notice period?

The notice period for GEMA contracts depends on the chosen contract term or payment method (monthly, quarterly, annually) and is one month prior to the next due date. These notice periods apply unless otherwise specified in the individual contract. You can check your contract term on the GEMA online portal by opening the relevant contract under ‘My Contracts’. There you will see the term and the notice period. Notice of termination must be received by us no later than one month before the next payment due date.
