Why can I not register with my e-mail address and my code?

It is not possible to register using an email address and a code. The code sent to you is to be used solely for linking the online portal to your customer account. To register on the GEMA online portal for the first time, you must first create a personal password containing at least 10 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number. Once you have set your password, log in using your customer number and the linking code sent to you by post to access your customer data. The code does not replace your password and cannot be used as your initial password.
