• You use this code to link your online portal account to your customer details held by GEMA.
• You can use the code to grant access rights to employees or colleagues via the user management function in the portal.

• When making enquiries to GEMA by telephone, the code serves as an additional authentication factor for identity verification, alongside your membership number.

The code is personal to you and must not be disclosed to third parties outside your organisation.
