About Antonio Cuadros De Béjar
The initiator of the coaching programme is Antonio Cuadros De Béjar. He knows what he is talking about: In 2020, he had to look for solutions, as he had to compensate for the missing income from about 70 gigs which could not be held due to COVID-19: “As a musician, bandleader and teacher, I love working with people and decided to take on a vocational training to become a systemic coach and consultant.” After successfully concluding his training, he developed the programme Notlose Kunst together with Ploschke Coaching and Consulting GmbH, and beyond that, he is working as a trainer, coach and consultant.
