How can I change an offer or parts thereof?

You can amend offers with the contract status ‘Offer’ yourself via the GEMA online portal:

1. Log in, select the relevant contract under ‘My Contracts‘ and use the ‘Amend offer’ function..
2. In the free-text field, enter your requested changes using a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 1,000 characters. You may also upload an attachment in PDF format with a maximum file size of 10 MB.
3. Once you have clicked ‘Submit’, you will receive a confirmation email at your login email address.

We will send you a confirmation regarding your change request to your login email address.

Not yet using the GEMA Online Portal? Then register as a new user. Once you have registered, you can link your online account to your GEMA customer account.
