Where do I find my contract offer and how can I accept it?
Your contract offer can be viewed in our Online Portal:
- Log in and go to My contracts in the dashboard.
- For contracts with the status Offer you can adapt the offer by selecting Options.
- A modal dialogue opens. Please enter your payment method and add your bank details, where applicable.
- Please accept the General Terms and Conditions.
- Simply click on Accept offer and you’re done!
We will send you a confirmation regarding your offer acceptance to your login email address.
You do not yet use the Online Portal? In that case, please register as a new user. Once you have registered, you can link your online account to your GEMA customer account.
