I have problems with the registration/linking process. What can I do?
This could be due to various reasons:
- You are using a browser that does not work. Please use Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Edge.
- Please do not use special characters in your name when you register. Since this is a personal access, please use your own personal first name and family name (no company names).
- It is possible that you have used the wrong code or the wrong customer number for linking purposes.
- The password does not comply with the password requirements.
- Please take care to enter your password correctly. Should the process still not work, please go to Forgot password and select a new password.
- The confirmation mail ended up in the spam folder. Please always check that folder, too.
- The link in our confirmation mail is only valid once. If you click on it a second time, you will receive an error message. Request a new confirmation mail in any case by selecting Forgot password.
