Member proposals
Member proposals for the agenda may be submitted to GEMA by midnight on 10 March 2026 in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association. It is also possible to submit member proposals for review until 13 January 2026.
Please send your proposals via mail to GEMA, Rechtsabteilung, Rosenheimer Straße 11, 81667 München, or via email in pdf formatting to antrag.mitgliederversammlung@gema.de.
1. Members may submit proposals to the general meeting. In doing so, the following must be observed:
Conditions
- At least ten signatures from full members and/or delegates of associate members who support the proposal.
- Please provide names, membership numbers and company names.
- Please combine proposals with identical content!
It is also helpful to name a contact person for any queries.

Where do I send the proposals?

2. Members also have the option of submitting draft applications to GEMA in advance for review.
Conditions
- At least 20 signatures from full members and/or delegates of associate members who support the proposal.
- Provide names, membership numbers and company names .
- Name a contact person

Examination
Within six weeks of receipt of the complete application documents.
Review
Members also have the option to submit draft proposals for resolution to GEMA to be reviewed up front.
Conditions
- at least twenty signatures by full members and/or delegates of the associate members who support the proposal.
- indicate names, membership numbers + company status
- Reasoned statement for the draft proposal
- Specify a contact

Review
Takes place within six weeks from receipt of the complete documentation pertaining to the proposal.
