Member proposals

Member proposals for the agenda may be submitted to GEMA by midnight on 10 March 2026 in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association. It is also possible to submit member proposals for review until 13 January 2026.  

Please send your proposals via mail to GEMA, Rechtsabteilung, Rosenheimer Straße 11, 81667 München, or via email in pdf formatting to antrag.mitgliederversammlung@gema.de.

Conditions 

  • At least 20 signatures from full members and/or delegates of associate members who support the proposal. 
  • Provide names, membership numbers and company names . 
  • Name a contact person

Examination

Within six weeks of receipt of the complete application documents.
