Your pay-out as per 01/04/2021 may contain in your supporting document “Gutschrift zu Kontoauszug” the supplement items ZPUE:
ZPUE: These are supplements from the collections via the “Zentralstelle für private Überspielungsrechte (ZPÜ)” for private copying. Said collections were distributed as a supplement for the pay-outs for financial year 2019 in the categories PHO VR, MOD D, MOD D VR, MOD S, MOD S VR, FS, FS VR, R, R VR, T FS and T FS VR (pursuant to Art. 25 of the distribution plan).

There are also supplement positions for ZBT/ZVV and UWI. On the basis of the categories mentioned below, you can identify whether it is a ZBT/ZVV or an UWI supplement.
ZBT/ZVV: These are supplements from the collections via the „Zentralstelle Bibliothekstantieme“ (ZBT) and „Zentralstelle für Videovermietung“ (ZVV) for library and video-rental. Said collections were distributed as a supplement for the pay-outs for financial year 2019 in the categories BT VR, PHO VR, FS VR, T FS VR and R VR (pursuant to Art. 22 and 23 of the distribution plan).
The rounded average percentual supplement per category amounts to:
UWI: Hierbei handelt es sich um Zuschläge aus dem Inkasso für gesetzlich erlaubte Nutzungen für Unterricht, Wissenschaft und Institutionen auf bereits abgerechnete Lizenzvergütungen für das Geschäftsjahr 2019 in den Sparten MOD S, MOD S VR, VOD S und VOD S VR (§24 Verteilungsplan).

Since the supplements were revenues from the assertion of statutory remuneration entitlements, the information provided in the Electronic Confirmation Process (ECP / EBV) as of 22/01/2021 were used as a basis for calculation purposes.
A further, exceptional surcharge distribution for statutory remuneration entitlements (GVA) will take place on 01/06/2021, relates to old periods and will be distributed as a supplement to the relevant revenues for previous financial years.
