More transparency for your queries sent to GEMA

It is important to us that we provide you with a courteous service, process your matter swiftly and offer transparency when doing so. We have therefore introduced a new service system for you, our GEMA members, in order to process your queries even better.  Many of you are already using the e-mail address mitgliederservice@gema.de today. With the new system, we also process and reply to the e-mails that you send to as-service@gema.de, vra-service@gema.de or neueanteilsregeln@gema.de, depending on the nature of your query.

With the help of case numbers, both you and us can check the processing status in a transparent manner. We are also planning to expand this service further and will regularly report about such steps.
